Genova, the capital of the Italian region of Liguria, is a city worth seeing with a rich history, an impressive location on the Ligurian Sea and amazing architecture. Temperatures remain mild in autumn, which is why Genova is worth a visit right now. The most important sights in Genova include the seaport with its lighthouse, the Piazza de Ferrari and Columbus‘ house. The Strade Nuove boulevards and the imposing Palazzi Rolli have been UNESCO World Heritage sites since 2006. The trip to Genova alone is an adventure in itself and I will be going there again soon.
